Being offered is a C.C. Filson Co. backpack/rucksack, in black. There are two padded adjustable straps. There is a heavyweight waxed cotton flap which uses two leather straps and buckles. The main compartment is sealed off using a drawstring and cord. There is an interior cloth pocket which has a couple of snaps, unknown the use. The back of the pack is padded. The Filson name is on the leather accent piece on the back, the main flap, the brass buckles, and on a cloth patch in the interior.

These are great iconic Filson bags and this is made in USA!! I’ve had this bag for a few years and it’s lightly used, just not my go to. Overall in nice shape with some light marks as pictured. I recently put leather conditioner on the leather because it was just slightly dry. This bag comes with the shoulder strap. NOTE the shoulder strap has some blemishes see photos strap seems to work fine under normal use. Being sold as is no returns as pictured from a smoke free home. No strange odors that I can detect. The bag is in good vintage pre-owned condition. The canvas remains sturdy with no major tears or holes. It shows expected signs of age and use, including light stains, scuffs, and areas of discoloration throughout the exterior and interior (see photos). The brass hardware has developed a nice vintage patina, and the zipper functions smoothly. The original maker’s label is still present and intact.
