Interior label is marked Top Grain Cowhide and appears to show the UTU United Transportation Union logo. Exact case manufacturer and country of origin are unknown. Keys are marked 650. Lock/key function has not been fully tested, so they are included as shown.
Base is 9" wide, 19.25" long. Tapers to the top to 5" wide. 9.5" high. Strap drop to carry handles is 6.5". Bottom of bag is a 17" x 19" leather plate. Inside in a tartan plaid of a dark navy blue and green stripe and has an 11" x 9" flat zippered pocket to inside wall.
This piece dates back to the classic mid-2000s/early 2010s era when the festival was produced by Guerilla Union. The bag features a bold black and red colorway with the iconic "Rock The Bells" graffiti-style logo embroidered in crisp white stitch on the front utility pocket, complete with the "Guerilla Union Presents" spellout directly above it.
