I don't know when this bag was made, I can't find anything like it. On one side is is marked "1995 I.M.P.S. Brussels" and "Burnshing Co, HK." It is a canvas bag, not plastic, and there is not really any wear to it. There is one spot under the front flap with a couple of marks, I took a picture of that. The bag is stiff and has a couple of dividers in it for books or computer. There is a space for pens in the front and a pocket. There are also pockets on the side. This bag measures 12 inches wide by about 11 inches top to bottom, and expands to about 4 inches. Shipping will be by USPS Ground Advantage within the USA only. NO RETURNS!
