"Dr. Rudolf F. Pueschel, who leads the study for the Atmospheric Physics and Chemistry Laboratory in Boulder, Colorado, He published many scientific papers that are available online. I can not find a notice of his death but since most of his work is from the 1980's-90's there is a good chance this is from an estate sale.

Selling an authentic Balenciaga Army Beltpack Large in black nylon. I bought this on Guam in 2022. Heavily used with visible abrasion and surface wear along the upper left panel, see pic.
